The Kings Banquet of House on The Rock, Abuja

A community outreach called The King's Banquet is a way House On The Rock reaches out to the needy, less privileged and the poor. This is an initiative of the Senior Pastor of HOTR The Refuge Abuja, Reverend Goodheart Obi Ekwueme. The King's Banquet 2013 is the 7th edition and it came better and better than the previous year. The King's Banquet gather people together to praise and worship the Lord, drink, eat and have lots to take away like clothes, foodstuff, provisions etc. Medical care is also provided where specialist doctors attend to people... test and treat them of their ailments. All these are done for free!

Jenny Chisom's 12 Codes of Conduct for Men That Rivals Any Male Code

It's been a tough past week so I am grateful for Sunday heralding a new week.
I have been burdened to create a Code of Conduct for members of the League of Extraordinary Men (LExM) on Facebook. So while I couldn't attend service, I sat down and wrote this down on my note pad, then typed it.
This came in a bid to begin to restructure the group to ensure it is serving the right purpose and the right men.
