NOI Polls: Out of School Children are observed by about 8 in 10 Nigerians each day

ABOUT 8 IN 10 NIGERIANS OBSERVE CHILDREN OUT OF SCHOOL EACH DAY. Latest weekly Snap Poll results released by NOI Polls Limited has revealed that about 8 in 10 Nigerians (78%) observe children out of school in their localities each day. Also, the poll revealed that almost 6 in 10 (57%) Nigerians support the recent claim made by UNESCO that Nigeria has the highest number of children out of school.

I have been burdened to create a Code of Conduct for members of the League of Extraordinary Men (LExM) on Facebook. So while I couldn't attend service, I sat down and wrote this down on my note pad, then typed it.
