Christmas Day look with Ndubuisi Nsoedo and my weight gain

I just love my Christmas day look and wished I took a 'personal' full length picture. Truth is, I've been finding it hard to be confident with my look because I added 5kg because I stopped exercises. But I was still looking hot in this picture abi?: Yes or No; either way, I'm already off to the gym to get my 2014 look!

Ooops! In the picture with me is Celebrity photographer, ND of Nsoedo Ndubuisi photography in Abuja. We met after Christmas day service at Throne Room, Transcorp Hilton Abuja when we took that photo.

Let me know your thoughts on my weight gain and suggest the best weight lose programme for me. Thanks and kisses!

Jenny Chisom's 12 Codes of Conduct for Men That Rivals Any Male Code

It's been a tough past week so I am grateful for Sunday heralding a new week.
I have been burdened to create a Code of Conduct for members of the League of Extraordinary Men (LExM) on Facebook. So while I couldn't attend service, I sat down and wrote this down on my note pad, then typed it.
This came in a bid to begin to restructure the group to ensure it is serving the right purpose and the right men.
