There will be about 300 Participants, you inclusive, who will have fun, burn calories and meet up with a lot of other people.

You will also have the chance to engage PhysioTherapists, Exercise & Body Fitness Coaches, Nutrition consultant, Children Psychologists, and of course, Coach samObafemi will be there to advise on your Emotional Fitness. :D
