International Women's Day: Through my itinerant eyes

Today has been really phenomenal for me. It started with me making a move to workout at a new highly recommeneded 'organic' gym centre located at Kado Abuja run by Imo State born Christy Opara, a renowned athlete and fitness coach.

I learnt new stuff about health etc today and have decided to be a member (I promise to give you full gist in later posts).

With servings of fresh palmwine and roasted peppery sweet potatoes, I overstayed my exercise regime and didn't leave the gym till almost 1pm. (Wowhoo)

I got home from the gym and quickly freshened up and had my make-up done. See pictures here and let me know if you like my skill.#winks

Then I had to be at Bukky and Alex's wedding at House on the Rock at 2pm. See an amateur picture of Bukola of 26th September Fashion label who wedded her boo, Alex today here.

I left the wedding at about 4.30pm to attend a presentation event tagged "The Art of Presentation" hosted by Decipher solutions and also had ace broadcaster, Senami Ohiomokhare as guest. It was a life turning event and I met lots of enterprising young people.

Getting home at about 9pm and eating some spicy chicken suya, I learnt that Benny Ark and Ese Walter wedded traditionally today also. (More photos coming)

The National Youth Peace Concert also held at Eagles Square and the Gala night is still going on now at the State House.

Happy International Women's Day!

Jenny Chisom's 12 Codes of Conduct for Men That Rivals Any Male Code

It's been a tough past week so I am grateful for Sunday heralding a new week.
I have been burdened to create a Code of Conduct for members of the League of Extraordinary Men (LExM) on Facebook. So while I couldn't attend service, I sat down and wrote this down on my note pad, then typed it.
This came in a bid to begin to restructure the group to ensure it is serving the right purpose and the right men.

Why Pastor Goodheart Ekwueme Resigned From House on the Rock Church in Abuja

I have been in pains!

If you follow me on Instagram, you will notice, I put up my pastor and coach's picture last weekend because I was heart broken.
He is Pastor Goodheart Ekwueme, the outgone (as much as I hate to use that) resident pastor of my local assembly in Abuja. I and all those who knows him, are going to miss him soooooooo much, it hurts.
