How To Innovate: Innovation

There are 2 routes to Success. The first is doing what you love. The second is loving what you're currently doing.

If all you do is sell a service that is basically the same as what your competitors are selling, then get used to being poor.

Here's a simple 6 step to innovation:

1. Make a list of 10 things that you can do within the current scope of your work that will make things better for the people with whom you interact – customers, co-workers, bosses, whoever.

2. Do those things.

3. Figure out which ones worked, and do those more.

4. Figure out which ones didn't work, learn why not, then forget about them.

5. Apply what you learned to the next set of ideas.

6. Do it all again.

Jenny Chisom's 12 Codes of Conduct for Men That Rivals Any Male Code

It's been a tough past week so I am grateful for Sunday heralding a new week.
I have been burdened to create a Code of Conduct for members of the League of Extraordinary Men (LExM) on Facebook. So while I couldn't attend service, I sat down and wrote this down on my note pad, then typed it.
This came in a bid to begin to restructure the group to ensure it is serving the right purpose and the right men.
