Abuja Traffic Lights Installation in April: Development?

The Federal Capital Territory Abuja have remained on a downtime since 2013 or earlier due to deteriorating infrastructure. It is no longer news that that driving at night has been a nightmare due to lack of street lights among other things.
But since last week, new traffic lights are seen being installed even in short street routes. It raises the question which I have asked in conjunction with other concerned citizens on Twitter #WetinBalaDeyDoSef? and even brings to mind #WhyTrafficLightsNow?
Are these questions not authentic my Abuja people?  Something clearly seems to be fishing.

African Tech Space: Opportunities for Youths to Excel

The technology space is particularly notable for the amount of entrepreneurial activity it attracts. The current rise of new entrepreneurs in Africa’s tech industry is creating economic uplift and increased GDP and myriad of opportunities especially for the tech savvy youths.

Famed business consultant Peter Drucker, defined an entrepreneur as someone who seeks change, responds to it, and exploits it as an opportunity. Further defining entrepreneurship, Austrian-American economist Joseph Schumpeter views entrepreneurship as a force of “creative destruction.” According to Schumpeter an entrepreneur creates “new combinations,” thereby helping render old industries obsolete. Entrepreneurs are individuals who strive to make their business the most dynamic of any business within a market. They are trend-setting individuals with a unique perspective; they are key players and game-changers.

WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES FACING START-UPS?

How can fast growing start-ups overcome the obstacles to success?
Starting a new business can be as terrifying as it is exciting. At any given time, a fledgling company can come up against a number of common challenges. From hiring the right people to defining your brand, start-ups must overcome these obstacles to ensure success.
Competition One of the biggest challenges that all start-ups will face is competition, particularly in markets dominated by well-known, established brands. The key is to find a niche market, not yet saturated by other companies with the same product. As there will almost always be another brand offering a similar product, think outside the box; ensure you establish a clear target audience and a specific brand message to differentiate your start-up.

Jenny Chisom, the Sanguine?

All my life especially since I was 17 years old when I read Tim Lahaye's "Why You Act The Way You Do", I have always known I was a major Phlegmatic. This is because I am loyal, analytical, shy, lazy and more and so felt it was because I am introvert.
Just this morning I put up a post saying "Introverts use Social media more effectively" and asked for opinion and mehn, It was a backlash of "how can you say you are an introvert?" I got. My secondary school class mates and friends all thought the same, Omg!

So I quickly asked google for 'temperament test' and I got this website HERE and answered the questions.
And their analysis of me, shocked me: According to the website, I am SANGUINE...wow, how, when did that happen, who else will I confirm from. Even though I know I couldn’t be a majorly sanguine temperament, I was bewildered to think that I may not have really know who I was. I could also may have been denying myself some treats.
My result says.

He said that he received both encouragement and discouragement from friends and loved ones, but that he continued from Ibadan to Oyo, then from Ogbomoso to Ilorin with much welcome at every stop.
Hashimu explained that at Ilorin, people escorted him for several miles until he stopped at Oloru. He received much hospitality in Jebba, where, unlike in other villages he met people who had heard of him.

Jega turns down requests to remove Imo, Abia RECS, confirms Rivers election

Chairman of the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) Prof. Atahiru Jega has turned down various requests to change Resident Electoral Commissioners (RECs) of both Imo and Abia States before this weekend’s rescheduled elections.
Jega who made this position known Tuesday in a briefing in Abuja said “I have no evidence before me to change the RECs in Imo and Abia States.” Prof Jega also reiterated that elections actually held in Rivers state as against the claim in some quarters that the governorship and state assembly elections won by the PDP did not hold. Recall that the chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, John Odigie-Oyegun, had written to the INEC chairman asking for the replacement of electoral officials in Imo State ahead of this Saturday election. He threatened that APC may not take part in the election if the commission retains the current INEC team, which he said was “compromised”. Also the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Abia State, Dr. O…
