Fashion Cocktail at The Fashion Academy

Nina Yusuf-Kwande
Hello boss,
I attended a cocktail media parley at the Fashion Academy Abuja on Thursday night. It was a great time to see how that academy has trained fashion entrepreneurs and employing them as well as providing a market for them..They are indeed redefining fashion .  We saw designers like Elfrieda Abia, Stephanie Nwobodo,  Aisha Abubakar Achonu of Aisha Abu-Bakr luxury designs, Doris Nwaebo, Nkechi Okereke-Tony, Shipinen Tseayo,, Stella Itoya and also Farida Musa Halliru all alumni of the Academy headed by Nina Yusuf-Kwande.

We were shown around the different  classrooms! And study centres and their production centre aw well as their Showcase design with Ready to wear clothes for sale. The Fashion Academy caught my attention with their mass production factory where they can make any designers work come alive. I also had fun meeting fellow bloggers like Belema of Tatafo Naija, Cynthia of who also doubled as the PR organiser for the event, Isa Ozo of Abuja facts, my girl Obianuju of Leadership Newspaper online, also Kolo kenneth Kadiri, the development focused Jeremiah Agenyi, Ofi of Nigeria Info Abuja amongst others. See some amateur pictures from our facility tour.

Why Pastor Goodheart Ekwueme Resigned From House on the Rock Church in Abuja

I have been in pains!

If you follow me on Instagram, you will notice, I put up my pastor and coach's picture last weekend because I was heart broken.
He is Pastor Goodheart Ekwueme, the outgone (as much as I hate to use that) resident pastor of my local assembly in Abuja. I and all those who knows him, are going to miss him soooooooo much, it hurts.

Jenny Chisom's 12 Codes of Conduct for Men That Rivals Any Male Code

It's been a tough past week so I am grateful for Sunday heralding a new week.
I have been burdened to create a Code of Conduct for members of the League of Extraordinary Men (LExM) on Facebook. So while I couldn't attend service, I sat down and wrote this down on my note pad, then typed it.
This came in a bid to begin to restructure the group to ensure it is serving the right purpose and the right men.
