Development: Nigeria's House of Rep. Member, Obinna Chidoka Empowers His Idemili Constituency

Hon. Obinna Chidoka of Idemili North/South Federal Constituency and Chairman House Committee on Environment and Habitat on Saturday, November 12, 2016, distributed empowerment materials worth about N30m to selected constituents at an empowerment programme at Obosi, Idemili North of Anambra.

At the well-attended event, graced by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara, the Deputy Senate President, Distinguished Senator Ike Ekweremadu, and several lawmakers from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), the All People’s Congress (APC) and the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA).
Hon Chidoka thanked Ndi Idemili for the opportunity to represent them at the House of Representatives and also expressed his appreciation to the PDP for standing by him during the plethora of litigations that his victory at the 2015 polls attracted.

He said that there was no better way to appreciate his constituents who freely gave him their mandate than to empower some well deserving sons and daughters of Idemili North and South Federal constituency through provisions of trade tools to enable them put their skills to work and earn a decent living to support their families and by extension, Ndi Idemili.

The empowerment items distributed at the auspicious occasion included 16 Transformers, 10 Tricycles, 15 Motorcycles, 10 Generators, 52 Sewing Machines, 21 Grinding Machines and 100 Camping Gas.

The lawmaker noted that although the items were not enough and could not possibly satisfy the deluge of demands and requests from Ndi Idemili, but that it was a definite step in the right direction and that the economic empowerment scheme shall be a continuous one. He urged the beneficiaries to use the items wisely to support their families whilst appealing for patience from those yet to benefit from the scheme.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara congratulated the lawmaker for making dividends of democracy available to his constituents, in addition to quality representation at the National Assembly.

Jenny Chisom's 12 Codes of Conduct for Men That Rivals Any Male Code

It's been a tough past week so I am grateful for Sunday heralding a new week.
I have been burdened to create a Code of Conduct for members of the League of Extraordinary Men (LExM) on Facebook. So while I couldn't attend service, I sat down and wrote this down on my note pad, then typed it.
This came in a bid to begin to restructure the group to ensure it is serving the right purpose and the right men.

Why Pastor Goodheart Ekwueme Resigned From House on the Rock Church in Abuja

I have been in pains!

If you follow me on Instagram, you will notice, I put up my pastor and coach's picture last weekend because I was heart broken.
He is Pastor Goodheart Ekwueme, the outgone (as much as I hate to use that) resident pastor of my local assembly in Abuja. I and all those who knows him, are going to miss him soooooooo much, it hurts.
