African Kinky Hair; The Easiest Thing To Have Happened to Me - Adanna Enwezor

Check out what she wrote on her Facebook post in full.

So people often ask me how easy it is to maintain the natural hair.. Before I officially say it's the EASIEST thing that has happened to me, also note that this is the natural state God created us. See, I don't know everything about our heavenly father/ Creator but one thing I know for sure is that he cannot make a mistake. The kinky hair on our heads, the color of skin on our bodies is just a reflection of God's perfection on earth.. Why then do we try to change it? Do we now know better than him? Do we now love ourselves more than HIM? The love of God brings divine peace and progress and that love is manifest in our identity, our very nature , that is, who he has made us to be. Feel free to embrace who you were born to be.. Get to know your father afresh by embracing the African in you. There is so much he wants to tell you but you have to fully embrace you .. Have a blessed day all💕

I have been wearing my own hair in its natural state too. No relaxers, no wigs even, just my beautiful kinky. Do you want to see my picture?

Jenny Chisom's 12 Codes of Conduct for Men That Rivals Any Male Code

It's been a tough past week so I am grateful for Sunday heralding a new week.
I have been burdened to create a Code of Conduct for members of the League of Extraordinary Men (LExM) on Facebook. So while I couldn't attend service, I sat down and wrote this down on my note pad, then typed it.
This came in a bid to begin to restructure the group to ensure it is serving the right purpose and the right men.
